[daip] VLBAFQS, INDXR

I tried out Chris' utility VLBAFQS for splitting up a
data set with multiple frequency IDs. UVCOP seems to run
fine, but INDXR explodes when trying to deal with the
MC table. It looks to me like this is an INDXR problem
or a data-format problem rather than a VLBAFQS mistake.
I tried running INDXR separately on the same data set,
and it only explodes when I set CPARM(5) = 1.

INDXR Sorting MC table 1 into time order
INDXR ZABORS: signal 10 received
INDXR ABORT!

The original data set is BU013C.UVDATA, the first
UVCOPed data set is BU013C.FQ-1, all on ohsumi
in user number 145, disk 1.
