So far as I can tell the array center numbers are hard-coded into
FILLM as

      ARRAYC(1) = -1601162.D0
      ARRAYC(2) =  -5042003.D0
      ARRAYC(3) =  3554915.D0

and then simply written into the AN table.  Have these values been
changed without anyone informing us?
