The RDATE keyword was lost due to a previous version of IMINI and so
not present now.  Changed IMINIT to tolerate the absence of RDATE.
(Tony you will find a good run of your UVCOP with the class name
"Eric" on disk 1.)  The mnj will fix tomorrow am.
