It seems that if BIF and EIF are set to 2 in CLCOR (and in some other
programs) when the data file has only one IF that CLCOR goes ahead and
does its thing with IF 1.  I suppose in the plotting routines like SNPLT
this is useful, but it is not in CLCOR.  In particular, the gain curve
routines put together by Steve Myers have corrections for all 4 IF/Pol
possibilities and if there is only one IF in the data then the CL table
for that IF is corrected twice.  I suppose that one might argue that users
shouldn't blindly use the gain correction routines, but since they are
being supplied by NRAO it would be wise for us to make sure AIPS handles
them correctly.  And looking at the inputs to CLCOR implies that it ought
to do it right, but then it doesn't...
