First 

cd $DA01

ls -l *D01S*

rm any files you do find.

mv CAD000000.00f\; CAD.00f.save

RUN RECAT

and answer questions - it is disk 1 user 15 and give a large range of
catalog numbers.  This should build a proper catalog without this
mess.  We need to  make a smarter zap - on the wishlist but I never
have time to get to it.
