[daip] FILLM gives two sources the same source ID

Dear DAIP,
  FILLM, run on a short (~90min.) VLA observation taken on 7nov00, created
an SU table with two entries for source ID 1.  I suspect that the first
scan actually had no data in it, so that while an SU entry was written, the ID
was never incremented.  Interestingly there is no ID #2, so we have 1 1 3 4.
I believe the labels should actually be
  Scan 1: 1331+305
  Scan 2: 2007+404
  Scan 3: Cyg X-1
  Scan 4: Cyg X-3
Currently 1331+305 and Cyg X-3 are both given ID=1.  For identification
purposes, Cyg X-3 is a reasonably strong (~140 mJy) point source near the 
origin; Cyg X-1 is about 12 mJy, 2007+404 about 1 Jy, and 1331+305 is its
usual 7.5 Jy self.

  For what it's worth, TVFLG reports names which do NOT agree with those
in LISTR/SCAN.  In fact, one scan is given a completely blank name, which I
assume means that it has ID=2.

  I'm not sure how to proceed with these data -- I would like to have them
correctly labelled if possible, but I don't know how to change the ID codes on
the uv-data.  Probably the simplest is to fix FILLM & re-load, assuming the
first is relatively easy.  Anyhow I'd be interested to hear what you find.
