[daip] First cut at MNJ reporting tool

This is not quite tuned yet (sorting didn't quite work right, did it by
hand below) and I don't yet have the "only since a certain date" mechanism
deployed.  But this does give a good global picture of what's going on.
It's keyed off the last transaction checksum file (REMOVE.UPD.SUM).

Obviously the logic for only getting the latest job fails for Route 66
dialups :-)
