      You may have loaded 31DEC99, but you ran 15APR99 (version OLD)
in the messages above.  Versions of AIPS prior to 15OCT99 had a bug in
the attempt to read OTF data on byte-swapped computers (e.g. LInux
PCs, DEC alphas).  This bug gave the above message.

It should work in 31DEC99.
