those close errors are barely worth pursuing, but if you still want to,
you could use uvflg and flag those baselines for the calibrators
in question at the time in question.  once the data are flagged,
you should not get  solutions for those time ranges and baselines,
and hence you should not get the large closure errors.
also, about not getting all the calibrators on the line,
there is a problem in aips in LINUX in that if the line is too long, it
truncates.  you can get around this by running calib twice specifying
different source, or by explicitely typing something like:
calsour(13) 'xyz'
calsour(14) 'xyd'
etc....
(try 'print calsource'   and you will see what i mean)
