Yes - entries with 0 weight are FLAGGED as NO GOOD.  They should not
be plotted.  I have corrected both FITLD and FILLM to use wight 1 for
the initial null (1,0) entries - they both used to use weight 0.
Nonetheless, there is no interest in plotrting a lot of 1's and 0's.
