[daip] No shift in HGEOM?

I have two maps, one of which I made with an RA shift in imagr and I'm
trying to make the 20cm map look like the (shifted) 6cm map (there's also
a difference in pixel size and imsize). When I run HGEOM I get the same
imsize and pixel size but the 20cm map doesn't shift -- which I think
HGEOM is supposed to do? I also tried OHGEO with the same result. I've
checked and the RA and DEC of the source are correct in each map.
