Hi Chris et al.,

I don't think VLBAFIX should be made available to users.  It
combines VLBAMCAL, VLBASUBS, and VLBAFPOL.  I think many
users would just go ahead and run this blindly, which ends up
running FXPOL for them and likely will often cause them
to incorrectly re-label their polarization data.  I think
we're better off making them run VLBAMCAL, VLBASUBS, and VLBAFPOL
separately, based on individual decisions.
