[daip] Bug in DBCON affecting combination of UV datasets

Dear AIPS,
I have two data files that I wish to combine into one using DBCON.
Unfortunately since the frequencies are different DBCON loses
information about the frequencies of the second dataset. I show below
the results of running PRTAB on the two input data sets and the
DBCON'ed dataset. Using DOPOS(2,1)=1 has no effect on this bug.
This is serious and will affect the ability of many users to
transfer data to AIPS++ for processing.
Thanks,
Tim Cornwell
