I have made corrections in 31DEC00 version of PBCOR so that it honors
FQID 0 in the BP table as "any" as well as the user adverb = 0 meaning
any.  Also put a fix to read the SU table only when there should be
one.

I trust you run the mnj to 31DEC00 (NOT 31DEC99) by now.  Next Tuesday
the transition begins and you really need to be caught up by then.
