IMAGR assumes that the u and v provided with the data are correct to
be gridded onto a rectangular grid (square if cellsize(1) = (2)) with
no adjustments for anything.  The fact that they are -NCP rather than
-SIN enters only if a RASHIFT/DECSHIFT is needed.  If the coordinates
are coming out wrong then the v values were wrong in the first place
at least by the assumptions in AIPS (and from the AT I believe).

Your coordinates are simply of epoch with a center shift.
