[daip] 31DEC99 installation

Hello, 

I'm upgrading our 15OCT97 AIPS to the 31DEC99 version using 
update.pl. Everything seems to work well until I go to RUN FILAIP 
and it says Cannot find /aips/31DEC99/SOL/LOAD/FILAIP.EXE. 

I can't find POPSGN.EXE either. 

Could you tell me what went wrong?
