[daip] SNPLT plot (or label) bug in 31DEC99

Hi,
Just a quick report of a plotting or labelling bug in SNPLT:

SNPLT (31DEC99)
 inext 'cl'
 bif 3
 eif 8

This plots (or at least labels the plots) IF 1..IF 6, not IF 3..IF 8 as
it should. This should be a trivial fix.

PS My aips is on a midnight job every other night, and my last update
