[bananas] Patches for 15OCT97 AIPS

There are now four "patches" available for the 15OCT97 release of AIPS
that address the following problems:

    *   XAS fails to make if architecture is SUL (Solaris Ultra)

    *   INDXR makes bad index if there is more than one FQID in data

    *   FITLD/UVLOD/IMLOD may not recognise new Y2K FITS Date format

    *   MSGSRV/TEKSRV may fail under Red Hat 5.0 and other systems.
