[asac] agenda items for ASAC F2F

Hi Lewis,

Another suggestion for the October meeting: I think it would be
interesting to discuss the (full ALMA) operation plan. This was
presented during the Tokyo meeting of the SAC (Spring 2010) and
obviously there were a number of open issues - some of them
having direct impact on the scientific capabilities of ALMA. I
think it would be timely for the ASAC to review the last version
of this plan, especially considering the experience gained from
the last years (antennas on the plateau).

Regards,

Frederic
