[asac] Telecon Tomorrow

Folks,

At tomorrow's telecon we should discuss a preliminary assessment of the
response to the Charges.  The Response of the ALMA Board to the previous
set of Charges is available; posted to the Agenda.  It is not clear that
Appendix 1 to this is ready for release as it remains under discussion by
members of the Board, so I have withheld it for now.
