[asac] Time of ASAC telecon

I believe the time of the meeting this afternoon should be 1430 UT (and
not 1630 as in the first email).

I hope you can join us then (1430 UT, 1630 Central European Time).
Several of us will be in Garching following our ESAC face to face
meeting.
