Dear Al, 

   Thank you for announcement on the today's telecon.
 I now notice that the telecon time is from 16:30 UT to 
17:30 UT, which means 1:30 am JST to 2:30 JST.  
This is very hard for Japanese members. 
If it would be impossible to change the starting time this time, 
please consider from the next time that the telecon finishes 
at least 16:00UT (1:00 am JST).  This is our actual limit!

   I would ask your understanding.
