[asac] Pan-ALMA SOC

Dear Chris, 

    In JSAC, we have just discussed on an additional Japanese 
SOC member.   We now recommend Toshikazu Onishi 
of Nagoya University for the position.  He is mainly working 
on low-mass star formation, particularly evolution of starless 
cores in dark clouds.  Considering his fine and dedicated works, 
we believe that he is a suitable young person as an SOC member 
of the Pan-ALMA meeting.
