[asac]August Telecon

Folks,

The Board will hold a telecon on 5 August; the ASAC telecon is scheduled 
for 3 August.  On the Board's agenda is approval of the ASAC charges, 
which we understand are under active discussion.  It has been proposed 
to shift the ASAC telecon by one week to 10 August in order that 
discussion can focus on the charges.  Let this become the default unless 
  objections are loud.
