[asac]Face-to-face meeting dates

The ALMA Board will most likely meet in Chile at the end
of October.  The EACC meets (probably) 16-17 September in Munich to consider
issues relating to Japanese entry into ALMA.  Therefore the most popular dates 
for the ASAC meeting will not work.  The second most popular, also leaving 
the most time between meetings, is:
Option E.  Friday Sept 6: Visit Vertex antenna pm
                  Sept 7-8, meeting
                  Sept 9 fly out to next meeting or home
Unable to attend these dates: Yamamoto, Gurwell, Bachiller
