[asac] New version ASAC report

Dear ASAC members,

A new version of the ASAC report has been posted at:

The main changes are in the executive summary (somewhat shortened, but
not very much), the addition of Section 4 on the prioritization of the
enhancements, removal of any statements on priorities from the other
sections (in particular the ACA section), and re-arranging/shortening
the summary recommendations. Appendix C (operations report) and D
(program science day) have also been added. There should be 39 pages in total.

Please send any final comments by Sunday night, Central European Time, since
the report has to be submitted by Monday morning.

The new version of the Enhancements document will be posted sometime tomorrow.
