Sorry for not explaining the AMAC.  It is Alma Management Advisory Committee.
It replaces the MMA Oversight Committee and consists of that committee plus
5 additional European members, whose names I passed around.  Of course,
five Japanese members are expected to join in the near future.

 Arnold van Ardenne <ardenne at astron.nl>, ASTRON Chief of engineering
 Herwig Schopper <Herwig.Schopper at cern.ch>, Dir-Gen CERN (ret)
 John Credland <John.Credland at esa.int>, ESA executive scientific programs
 Robert Aymar <aymarr at itereu.de>, Head of ITER Project (fusion)
 Sergio Bertini <sbertini at intemanet.com>  executive (ret) in Italian 
       electronics firm, formerly radio astronomer at Arcetri

These join John Mather, Gerry Saunders, Dominic Tenorelli, Bob Wilson and
Gordon Chin, members of the MMAOC now the AMAC/US.
