Thanks to all of you for a productive meeting in Leiden. I think we
worked well, settled many issues, and set the path for dealing with others.
Now I need those contributions by Friday!
Here is the outline, with names attached, and some reminders about
schedule and format.

Send as separate ascii files -- no attachments, MIME encoding, ...
Don't leave rogue &, %, $, ... without proper latex syntax... Please!
