[alma-config]Pad positions

Dear Array Aficionados:

Apologies in advance for those to whom this message reaches multiply.
I append lists of pad positions from Adrian Webster, John Conway and
Frederic Boone, along with information on how each array transmogrifies
into the next larger configuration.  This should enable studies of
the change in beam or uv attributes as a function of array dimension.
This list supersedes all previous lists (e.g. those of 1 December)!
