[alma-config] a small modification of UVCON

I have modified UVCON:

        If an image is used as a model and Jy/beam is the image unit, the
        simulated UV data have had the wrong flux. I have fixed it up
        dividing the output UV data by the ratio beam/pixel.
        The help file has erroniously explained that FACTOR multiplies
        only the clean component fluxes. Actually FACTOR carries out the
        multiplication of the image as a model also.
        So the HELP file has been modified.

The new version is available at 31DEC00 version of AIPS
