[alma-config] Ultracompact array

Torben Andersen has looked into some of the close-packing issues for an 8-m
dish in case we would need an  "ultra-compact" array. For information, here
is a copy of his e-mail:

Hi Stephane,

Our engineer, Holger, has looked into your question on close antenna
packing:

1) With the same yoke and base, and a dish diameter of 8 m, the minimum
distance between the antennas becomes about 10.5 m.
2) If you scale the complete antenna with the factor 8/12, the distance is
reduced to about 10 m.

Conclusion: The influence of the size of base and yoke is not tremendous on
close packing. Anyway, it seems that it would be a pity from a design point
of view to apply heavily a overdimensioned yoke and base.
