[alma-config] minutes and agenda

A pseudo-final version of the last telecon minutes is found at
http://www.nrao.edu/~myun/mma/23feb2000.html.  Please be sure to look
at the draft update of the project book chapter on configurations
-- note that I did not bother copying over any of the figures, so
you might want to check the original version in the ALMA web site
for those.  Please send me any comments or addtions.

I am also putting together a detailed agenda for the Tucson meeting.
I don't have a final list of attendees yet.  If you want to give
a presentation on any particular topic, please let me know as soon
as you can.
