[alma-config] simulation image library

One of the first deadlines we agreed on during the Tucson meeting was
the selection of test images by this week.  Well, the response to
my call for test images was totally underwhelming, so I extended it
a little longer.  I would like to thank those of you who have contributed
thus far.  If you have a truly excellent image that you have to 
include in the list, let me know within the next 48 hrs.

I have just put up the gif images of 11 potential targets, and I am
still waiting to receive a couple more images that are left blank
at the moment.  Please take a look and start thinking ahead.  Let's
try to reduce this list down to about 5 by the end of next week.

Al Wootten has posted the simulation strategy as we agreed on during
the Tucson meeting as www.cv.nrao.edu/~awootten/mmaimcal/simulate.txt.
Along with my full summary of the meeting, this will also eventually
find its home in the official configuration working group page
later on.
