[evlatests] TCal values

Hi Rick,

There are existing folders in filehost that are for the P-band and 
4-band cal data. This is in the same area as the cryo receiver T-cal 
data. (\\filehost\evla\techdocs\FE_Rx_Data\EVLA\P-band F302 (or 4-band 
F301). The data is in a .txt file.

I can get all of these folders added/updated.
