[evlatests] ea28 L-band Polarizer -- All Better!

Attached is the new plot (amplitudes only) for ea28 at Lband, from 
observations taken earlier this morning.

It's now completely normal.  Note that the scale runs from 0 to 10% (the 
former plot tan from 0 to 60%).

I have no idea how or why it's better -- but it is ...
