[evlatests] Some issues

     I've been involved in tracking a rather spectacular transient for 
the past few days -- meaning I've been calibrating new data regularly.

     Some issues noted, which have been around for most of the datasets:

     ea26, RCP, in spectral windows 8 and 9 in IF 'A':  A major 'notch' 
in the bandpass.  I think this is a DTS issue.

     ea12, LCP, IF 'C' -- zero amplitudes.

     ea13, LCP, IF 'D' -- no astronomical signal.  (I think this one is 
new).
