[evlatests] C-band Polarizer Examples

The c-band polarizers show:

a) rather high cross polarization for most antennas.  Typical values are 
5 -- 10%.  Some are considerably worse:  ea02, 03, 15, 16, and 24 all 
have maxima above 15%.

b) excellent stability over the 11 month baseline.  Changes (even 
amongst those bad ones listed above) are generally below 1%.  Antennas 
ea06, 11, and 16 are the least stable.

Examples of four antennas are attached, chosen to display a range of 
behavior.

In these files:

CLo shows 4 -- 6 GHz, CHi 6 -- 8 GHz.  The amplitude scales are not same 
for these plots -- remember the scales are in tenths of %, so 100 = 10% 
amplitude cross-coupling.
