Bill, the sss-model code uses the parameter database to find current 
antenna positions.  This code in turn is used by the OPT and by the OST 
(dynamic scheduler), along with at least one test pgm 
(https://webtest.aoc.nrao.edu/dharland/array/shadowing.jnlp).  --David
