The problem with Ka band is that the subreflector was mis-rotated
by half a turn.  That was a remnant of the FRM problems at that
antenna a few months ago.  I have corrected that, set the delays
and it works quite acceptably at Ka band.

While investigating this, I also found that the X band rotation
setting was mis-typed and was wrong by ten degrees.  That, and
the associated pointing error, have now been corrected.
