Dear colleagues,
I added a badly needed option -A --all-pcal-tones for difx2fits
to trunk. When applied, all phase calibration tones within the recorded
band are put in the output file overriding the tone selection defined in
difx input files. This is needed when analysis requires all phase
cal tones but input difx files were generated with a default two tones
per IF. When processing archived swin files in the absence of baseband
data or the latest version of vex files used for generating input files,
modifying the input files requires a hacks and is risky, especially for
operational unattended analysis. Secondly, -A option forces difx2fits
to treat IFs with the same frequency band, but with a different pcal
tone allocation as identical. As of 2020.09.18, support of such cases
without -A option is broken.
The commit does not (well, is not supposed to) affect logic if
-A option is not used.
