[Difx-users] Support of mixed-mode polarization data by difx2fits is added to trunk

Dear colleagues,

  I have committed changes to trunk for a badly needed support
of mixed-mode polarization data. This affects difx2fits and vex2fits.
Here are records in the Changelog:

  The changes in difx2fits and difxio are confined into "if" branches 
that are invoked if and only if new options are explicitly invoked. 
Difx is supposed to execute the old logic if new options are not used.
