[Difx-users] New location for the EOP files

Folks,

   There is an alterntive way to take upto date EOP files:
using the Network Earth Rotation Service. In particular,
one can the EOP file compatibly with Calc, by using this
Python3 program:

   http://earthrotation.net/ners/ners_to_erp.py
