[Difx-users] Next (12th) DiFX Users and Developers Meeting in Wettzell

based on the feedback (thanks for replying), there is a majority that 
could arrange well with the proposed date.

Therefore we would like to announce the next (12th) DiFX Users and 
Developers Meeting in Wettzell, Germany from September 3-7, 2018.
