[Alma_na] ALMA NA DH Teleconference RESCHEDULED

The ALMA NA Division Heads Teleconference has been rescheduled to a
videoconference.  It will take place this Friday, 3rd September at 12:00
noon ET, 16:00 UTC.  Room locations are CV-311, TUC-N505, SOC-280 and
GB-241.  Charlottesville will initiate the call.
