[alma_na] Logistics for the AMAC meeting March 24,25

Below are some details for arranging hotel accommodations for the AMAC
meeting to be held in Socorro, New Mexico on March 24,25 2003.

1) Blocks of rooms have been reserved (Holiday Inn is fully booked):

10 rooms at Econo Lodge  phone  505-835-4626
12 rooms at Super 8      phone  505-835-1500
 8 rooms at NRAO Guest House

Room bookings can be made through the NRAO-NM reservationist,
Christine Wingenter, <nmreserv at aoc.nrao.edu> or telephone 505-835-7357.
Doing this will help us track arrival and departure times.

When contacting Christine to make a hotel reservation, please supply a
credit card number to guarantee the reservation.

If people would rather deal directly with the hotel, the phone numbers
are given above (the block reservation is under the name ALMA). Please
also notify Christine so we know who will be attending.

For those needing travel direction or help, contact Christine.

2) The El Sombrero restaurant has been booked for the AMAC dinner on
Monday March 24.
