[alma_na] Udpdated file for JAO/IPT Meeting Rescheduled for Thursday, 20th February

The file I asked Janet Bauer to distribute earlier today for tomorrow's
IPT meeting did not incorporate the latest Back End milestones (my
error).  John Webber also gave me updates for two completed milestones;
  the corrected version is attached.
