[widar-wg] CPCC Battleshort Fixture

I'm sure this has been discussed but just to be sure:

1- I would not be happy "hot wiring" the correlator to avoid the
   safety features so carefully built into the CPCC.  I would far rather
   have the EVLA down for a month, than lose WIDAR.

2- Kevin tells me the CPCC computers are quite cheap (<$1000) but may
   not be available after 10 years.  Would we rather buy a couple more
   spares now or plan on software changes to accommodate new hardware
   if the CPCC(s) die in a decade?  I don't know the answer to that but
   we (meaning someone else probably ;) should think about it.
