4 things were done today.

Replaced B108-b-6 (SN 2026) with a spare Blb (SN 2023). 2026 has a bad
correlator chip, will be shipped to Penticton for repair.

Replaced the deformatter for ea13-B (S004-b-0, SN 004A). Middle channel
on the deformatter now aligns correct (which means delays should now be
known to be consistent). Unfortunately, now the bottom channel (INPUT C)
has hard CRC errors on pin data[6]. This'll have to be replaced again in
the near future (sigh).

Replaced a delay module on S006-b-1 (SN 006E), module 1 persistently
reported errors. New module does as well. This station board will be
pulled as soon as I have a working spare (the misbehaving delay module
would only effect data in 3-bit mode, there are no 3-bit digitizers on
ea22-B so we're OK for now...

Ran a thermal stress test. Things went pretty well, only 3 Baseline
boards dislike thermal gradients. All boards are happy at a constant
temperature. We likely have more than enough spare regulators to
accommodate effing boards and provide long-term spares (my unofficial
opinion).

The first 3 items (things I replaced, discovered) have all been entered
into MITR.
