[widar-wg] Done breaking WIDAR

I'm done playing with the correlator. There are optical problems on 
ea03, ea21 is in the barn, and ea22B,D have a really strong birdie in 
band. Beyond that everything looks good to me. Thermal stress test is 
done. Ken, Michael, and whomever else may use the correlator.
