[widar-wg] MCAF release v1.4.3

Changes:

1. Use the array configuration ID sent by the Executor to set the configName field in the ExecBlock table. In previous versions MCAF would get this information from the external properties file.

2. Use the widarIDs from the AntennaPropertyTable rather than retrieving them from the external properties file.

3. No longer loading properties from the external properties file.
